What We Offer

Pricing

Option 1: One-Time Fee

    •    $1,000 + HST for tenant sourcing and screening only.

   

Option 2: Full-Service Management

    •    6-8% of the total monthly rent + HST.

    •    Screening Fee Waived: Sign up for a full year of monthly ongoing management, and we waive the $1,000 tenant screening fee.
